страх. оговорка о неоспоримости* (условие в страховом полисе, устанавливающее, что по истечении определенного периода с момента вступления полиса в силу, страховщик не может аннулировать полис на основании того, что страхователь при оформлении полиса скрыл или исказил факты, связанные со страхуемым риском; напр., если при заполнении документов страхователь дал отрицательный ответ на вопрос о случаях заболевания диабетом в его семье, хотя знал, что оба его родителя больны диабетом, то это не сможет стать основанием для аннулирования полиса, если страховщик обнаружит сокрытие фактов позже, чем через определенный период после вступления полиса в силу; обычно используется при страховании жизни и здоровья)Syn:See:
